Introducing - Pass The Word: A New Bookish Meme

As a book blogger, a lot of books come my way thanks to all the lovely Australian (and sometimes International) publishers out there but there are times when that TBR pile of mine begins to look a lot like the Leaning Tower of Pisa (a bit like the pile of laundry on my dining-room table waiting to be folded)!

"Pass the Word" is a new Meme that I have decided to start up to give a shout-out for those books I have either read and haven't had time to review or haven't managed to read at all. My way of thinking is that by publishing these Memes, I will still be able to get the word out there about these books.

In short, these Memes, will present readers of my blog with an image of the cover along with the blurb, without any commentary from me, giving you the opportunity to decide whether you'd like to read them or not.

To make purchasing easier for you, I will also supply links to various stores such as Amazon.

My greatest wish - that you find a wonderful book to read.

Happy Reading everyone!

  2. Great idea, Marcia. I was doing something like that with Sunday Shout Out but haven't even had time to do that, lately.

  3. Thanks girls. I've been getting so many books that I can't keep up (even though I average about 2 a week) and thought I needed to do something to at least promote the ones I don't review or get to! You're both more than welcome to join in if you like? :)
